Biography
I have practiced law in Arizona since 1989, having started with the Phoenix firm of Brown & Bain, P.A. I represented several Fortune 500 companies in all kinds of litigation. In 1999, I opened Brooks & Affiliates, PLC and have represented numerous businesses of all sizes and individuals in litigation and transactional matters. In many ways, I am an outside general counsel for many of my clients. My experience in the big firm allows me to give big firm service for smaller firm prices.
