Michael told me what the likely outcome would be, and he nailed it. He should have charged me twice what he did, and I have a hard time believing he made anything considering the amount of time he spent updating me and responding to my questions. He made me feel comfortable, confident, and kept me updated every step of the way. He is one of the good ones. The results Michael got for me literally changed my life. I cannot express how grateful I am to Mr. Anderson for the skill and experience he employed on our behalf to deal with a very stressful and pressing issue with the IRS. Matters with the IRS are extremely complicated. However, his intimate knowledge of how the IRS addresses issues and how best to work with the IRS to overcome those issues was obvious from the start and in every meeting we had. Out of the blue, in August 2020, the IRS sent me three letters. One for 2010, one for 2012 and one for 2013. Each one saying I owed over $5000 in penalties for each year for not filing some form that I really had filed. I had Postal return receipts for each year. No letters from IRS were ever received before indicating any sort of problem. I was totally shocked. My attempts to contact anyone at the IRS totally failed. It was like nobody was home. Even Michael initially had difficulty contacting anyone. At some point, after I had hired Michael, IRS turned everything over to a collections agency. Michael was able to reverse that so he could properly deal with the problem. Finally received letters from the IRS, due to Michael's work, canceling the penalties. No indication of what went wrong at the IRS. I am a software engineer with 56 years continuous experience writing scientific software so I know something must have glitched within the IRS systems. It could happen to you too. They have not acknowledged any sort of problem but at least Michael was able to have the issue resolved. This was a tremendous relief! Having the IRS dunning you out of the blue for something you didn't do is terrorizing! THANK YOU MICHAEL! GREAT JOB!
