Ralph Anthony Caliendo

Tony is a civil litigator with more than 14 years of experience. He has represented businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial and other civil disputes, and focuses on helping his clients achieve the most favorable results possible, whether that means litigation or a negotiated resolution outside litigation. Tony has litigated cases in state and federal courts and has also represented his clients in arbitrations and mediations. Tony has won cases on pretrial motions, and he has also helped his clients win at trial. Tony helps his clients understand their options and select the course of action that best serves their interests. Tony knows how to focus on the most important issues and advance his clients' most compelling arguments.

Tony received his law degree in 2004 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Utah State University. Tony speaks Spanish, and has assisted Spanish-speaking clients in resolving their legal issues.

Tony loves spending time with his wife Jill and their four children. He also enjoys reading, riding his bicycle, and playing the guitar. Tony is an avid fan of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
