Attorney Brad Duvall started Duvall Law Office, P.L.L.C., back in 2002. He is a sole practitioner and the firm’s only attorney. He does not employ any legal assistants or paralegals in his practice. That way, you can be assured when you call Duvall Law Office, P.L.L.C. you will be speaking directly with an attorney – each and every time.

At some law firms, you meet briefly with an attorney during an initial consultation, and then you are shuffled off to have a paralegal or legal assistant take your case from there. We do not do that. From the scheduling of your appointment, initial consultation with Attorney Brad Duvall, paperwork/documentation, signing, filing and post-filing work ­­~ you will always have an attorney on your case.

By not employing legal assistants or paralegals, our overhead is kept to a minimum. These cost savings are passed down to you, our client. We offer fair and competitive pricing on all of our cases. Why pay additional attorney’s fees to cover someone else’s operating costs?

We also understand that life gets busy and you are more than likely pulled in many different directions; work, school, volunteering, church, etc. It is because we understand this, that we offer hours that try to fit into your schedule. In addition to our regular hours, we offer evening and some Saturday appointments.
