Mr. Benke’s experience extends beyond defense work. He spent nearly five years as a Managing Personal Injury Attorney at a renowned personal injury firm, where he honed his skills in advocating for clients who have suffered due to negligence. His extensive experience in handling personal injury cases allows him to approach each case with both precision and empathy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Benke also served as the Senior Legal Secretary at a major insurance company for six years. This role provided him with an insider's perspective on the inner workings of the insurance industry, further enriching his ability to navigate complex cases. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Benke interned with The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education. There, he played a crucial role in providing low-income families and individuals with affordable legal services. He also contributed to pro-bono estate planning services for first responders, showcasing his commitment to giving back to the community.
