Biography
David graduated from Brigham Young University—Idaho in 2011 with an undergraduate degree in communications. David graduated cum laude with his J.D. from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2014. During his time at Gonzaga, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law.
David represents clients in various areas of civil and commercial disputes including breach of contract, real estate, bad faith, and insurance coverage disputes. His transportation practice includes freight loss and damage claims, bills of lading disputes, and matters related to tariff and transportation charge collections. David’s representation extends to both state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has been named One to Watch by Best Lawyers, a national honor given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence.
When not practicing law, David enjoys camping and fishing with his wife and three children and reading and watching all things Gonzaga basketball. Go Zags!
