Incompetent Loser
Mike Balingit is the worst attorney I've ever met. He represented me in a case which went to trail, didn't prep me for trial, never did his homework, and was so bad the judge wouldn't even listen to his closing argument. I lost a very simple case, lost my Contractor's License, and if he wasn't pers...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND CLARENCE M. BALINGIT
Attorney Balingit failed to appear at hearings on my behalf, failed to file documents in a timely manner, refused to take my phone calls, refused to inform me as to the status of my case. I had to hire another attorney to finish my case. Mr. Balingit is the worst attorney I've ever known.

Damaged by Mike Balingit
Without question, Mike Balingit is worst attorney I've ever worked with, and I work with lawyers for a living. He took my case and then dropped off the planet. He won't return any calls and his voice mailbox is always full. I now have to find a new lawyer and start all over again.
