Anne Michael Williams

Up until I met Anne I thought lawyers had to swear an oath to “Uphold & support the Constitution of the United States, to faithfully discharge the duties of an attorney, to conduct oneself with integrity and civility.” In which she failed to uphold any, she misrepresented & colluded with plaintiffs ...against her client (myself). Refused to prepare me for trial, refused to submit evidence or disclose a discovery to me. Committed and allowed known perjury to be submitted while colluding with defense against her own client as retaliation. She should be disbarred and have never had a license in the first place . She deprived me of my rights to procedural due process limiting government interference & power to confiscate property by felonious actions and collusion with plaintiffs on a closed case, disregarding that I had already won that case in an Appeal.

This woman is a thief! She charges you a retainer and wants you to pay her assistant fee, only to not answer your calls. She will tell you how terrible everything is going with no solution then drop you. She is a waste of time! I don’t even know how she still has her license. I reported her to the ba...r. No one should deal with this con artist.

I worked with Anne closely on a case and found her to be stubborn and highly unprofessional. Her sarcastic remarks, eye rolling, and otherwise childish behavior makes me question how she gets any clients at all. Her presence is hostile and she is a source of discomfort even before she speaks. I would... not recommend her at all.

I spoke to Ann Williams on the phone to interview to represent me as a grandparent and proceeded to have the most negative experience I have ever had with an attorney in my life. She kept interrupting me and told me that I would not be able to get grandparent visitations with my granddaughter at thi...s time, so get over it. She was abrupt with me, and refused to even take a look at the document my Pima County attorney and I drew up or to even consider some of the other options I have been told, such as filing a Motion to Intervene in order to recapture our grandparent rights. Ann would hear none of it. The phone call ended with me in tears and her telling me that I would be better off with someone who was giving me better advice (with the disclaimer that she highly doubted anyone could give better advice than her). Her unpleasant demeanor makes me wonder how she gets any clients at all.

Anne was hired by us and she gave our daughter the best gift life can give. As a third party fighting for Temporary Guardianship to Permanent Guardianship all the way to Adoption we hit the jackpot with her incredible knowledge, guidance and advice. We had quit a fight ahead of us and it was a long... journey as well. But Anne never ever let us down. She never missed our court dates, she was on top of everything instantly and she walked right next to us the entire time. Yes she can come across a little aggressive at times. However, there was a rhyme or reason for it always. Her ability to pick up on the "other sides shady and narcissistic ways" was unbelievable. She picked up on things going on with that other side without me trying to explain it. That was huge. When the end was near and our beautiful daughter was finally adopted, we knew we had just made a friend for life. Anne was all about our child's best interest first and she succeeded in giving our child a safe stable home with her true parents (us who raised her majority since birth. Our daughter has always known us as mom and dad, so this was a very special and happy ending for her. She will be safe and forever deeply loved for life now. This was a very tough fight like you wouldn't believe. Anne got us through it and I learned how to even be a better parent from her. She's wise, she's sharp as a knife and she will work so hard for your child's life and well being. Thank you Anne. You saved Emma's life and after 7 long years all the suffering is over. Anne literally held us up and she never let us fall. If you need to get a child out of danger and are willing to just listen, follow all her rules without arguing ... Anne WILL fight for the child and for you as hard as she can. She sealed our family. Gifts and thank you's are never enough. Our feelings for Anne go deep. She will always be "OUR TRUE GUARDIAN ANGEL."
