Rick G Tosto

Rick Tosto was representing me on a criminal case out of Maricopa County Superior Court. I had missed a court date and turned myself in. At that arraignment Rick Tosto was the judge. How is that legal? He screamed and yelled at me in the court room from the bench. I did not realize that he the judge ...was my actual attorney until I went back to court on a traffic Warrant that same night. At this hearing he had another judge come in to hear my case. But Rick stood to the side. When I asked the new judge if I could get a payment plan Rick butted in and said “ you will not be getting out of jail anytime soon! Then after sitting in jail for 2 months waiting to be sentenced at that hearing he was siding with the prosecutor to give me prison time instead of the recommended probation that my plea agreement was for. Should I have not stood up for myself then and there I would still be sitting in prison. But thank Thank God that judge saw that my defense attorney was trying to throw me under the train and sentenced me to probation and released me that day. I would not ever recommend Rick Tosto for any kind of case he will sale you out for his own gain. And in my case it was to gain status and become a judge pro per through attorney Jess Larona who was actually my witness on the case Rick was representing me on. And because Jess Larona at Larona & Mead Law did not want the courts to know about our affair or his wife when Rick contacted him to testify in my behalf and who is a judge proper and stands in in many courts all over the state of AZ. Jess and Rick got buddy buddy and tried to send me up the river to keep me from suing. That’s how Rick became a judge proper. I would not recommend either attorney.
