Mr. Demaree represented me in a legal malpractice case where the first attorney I hired, in an accident/injury case, failed to reach a settlement or file suit within the two year statutory requirement. Mr. Demaree was thorough and professional. He initially told me that his fee would be 33% of my s...ettlement; however, when he was able to reach a settlement quickly, he voluntarily discounted his fee to 25% in order to get me a larger settlement. He did an outstanding job of communicating with me and following through on his word. I would certainly recommend his services to anybody.
