In a word, exceptional. My legal situation was precarious in that my ex wanted things that were impossible and that would have literally bankrupted us (hurting us both). When we hired Tarver we felt reassured when she visited our home for an interview@$250.00 we thought we had help.So much so that I wrote a great review.When She finished the interview we were impressed. She took the case for $5000.00. I delivered the check to her office promptly.That was the last tim...e I saw her or heard from her for over a year.I went to the person that recommended her and gave me her phone number and told him i was going to have to go to the states attorney general for answers.Shortly I got[i believe a voice mail] stating we have to set up a meeting.I responded fine,However, because of recent work done on my eyes I told her I would rather not have to drive to her office because of the traffic in unfamiliar area.I suggested she come to our home as before. Her next message was a home visit would be $250.00. I said fine. That was the last i ever heard from her and thats over a month ago now.In the meantime the same two women have[ behind my back and without my knowledge, apparently convinced my wife that they were better to take care of her finances than me. So she gave one of them power of attorney and now they have taken control of her Pension worth over[to the best of my knowledge]80 to 90 thousand dollars.[Roughly $9.280.00 per year for ten years],accumulated after we retired.This was what Tarver was supposed to not let happen.I couldn't direct my wife what to do without attorney input. My wife is small,timid and when isolated can be coerced into most anything .As it stands now[I suspect] their trying to get into my personnel savings account.I don't know where to go and i can't afford another attorney.I survive on Social Security. I contacted the Attorney Generals office in a letter but after a month i have not gotten an answer.I hate to be harsh but what kind of a review would anyone purpose?
