Susan Pintel

I was in the middle of a complicated divorce when my lawyer quit the firm. I was assigned Ms Pintel, this was the best thing that could have happened for my case. Two other attorney's previous to her could not anything done for over a year. Susan jumped in and sorted the relevant facts quickly and I... always felt she had my interests in mind. She was honest , knowable an truthful in my options. I would recommend Ms Pintel highly and would use her services for any other family law issues. In my opinion she is the best there is .

My court proceeding would have been much worse of a mess without Susan. She took the appropriate actions amongst the chaos created by the opposing party in a high conflict case with many false allegations. Susan always responded in a timely manner( usually within 24 hour), was compassionate, and I ...am genuinely surprised how quickly she was able to both sort through the mess and prepare documents in a timely manner. We worked side by side on all of our documents through email, Microsoft Word and its edit function. I always knew what was going on in my case and had the ability to give my input in all of the filings as well as the hearing and other issues that would arise She definitely did not nickel and dime me. I used to send her many emails explaining updates such as opposing party harassing me with the police and violating Court orders. It looks like Susan didn't even charge me for some of these. Other times she just combined reviews of multiple emails into one single minimum charge. She stated that she only charges when the service requires her legal input My case was very hard on me. I love my children with everything I have which added to the emotion of being falsely accused and framed just after my child's birth. Susan helped keep me legally anchored not by being a support system, but through her knowledge of the legal system and her not being emotionally involved like I was . In the end, I am pleasantly surprised by how well and quickly she carried out my case, and I don't know how I would have done it without her.
