I hired Mr. Redpath on my dui charge and I paid him 6k and I was just sick to my stomach that day for having to shell out that kind of money. So he reviews the case and does his investigation and interviews the arresting officer meanwhile he makes a few interesting discoveries about the case. At tha...t point he tells me I won't be charged with a dui at all but I will have to pay for 4k to go to trial. Luckily I was able to make payments on the 4k so we went to trial and he had certain information like my breathalsyer results became inadmissible in the trial after he filed a motion. The arresting officer conducted no sobriety test only took me down to the station for a breathalyzer. To sum it up nothing about my alcohol level could be mentioned in the trial so the jury didn't know if I had an alcohol content level so they came back with a not guilty verdict. Mr. Redpath was shining like the sun that day. It was a good day for moi since I didn't have a dui on my record even tho it costed me 10k but it was a lesson learned. Mr Redpath excepted my cases. he was so patient with me. Always answered all my questions and was to the point and direct with me. He explained exactly what i was up against and what the states punishments were going to Be. My case was complicated and severe, which I’m not proud of. He did a lot of ...work on my cases. He even asked the courts to accommodate my work hours and times to certain days. I’m sure most lawyers do not go to that extent to try and accommodating you. Unbelievable that he could actually achieve that. He worked with me on my financial obligations. OUT STANDING LAWYER! One of the best. I’m very happy with his work. He was able to get my cases plea bargain down to what he thought was fair. Obviously, I wish I did Not have any cases to defend but I will learn from my mistakes.
