I contacted Nicole when my own Living Will attempt on one of those "do-it-yourself" websites went awry. I had started the living will and trust, but needed to make changes. The online host was not open to making changes, so I found and contacted Nicole. Given the circumstances of stepping into the mi...ddle of my self-perceived mess; Nicole was an ace in straightening everything out for me and getting the new documents back to me toot-suite. I fully trust Nicole's capabilities and will gladly use her again, as needed.
