Bankruptcy
Excellent Atttorney. Represented me in my bankruptcy last year. She and her staff were very knowledgable and efficient. I was impressed with her firm and would reccomend her to anyone who is considering filing a bankruptcy.

Child custody battle
I love Frances s McGinnis and used her for child custody, she backed me and my son 100 percent and I recieved full custody of my 4 year old son through a very tough battle. I'm a single father with full custody of my son thanks to her and her staff.. I recommended her highly..

Excellent Lawyer! Honest and trustworthy. She rapresented me back in 2008 for my child custody and she won the case for me. My child's father is re-trying to take my only son away from me and she is rapresenting me again. I truly like her and highly raccomend her .
