Bankruptcy and Debt 10%

We enjoy protecting people from creditors. We have plenty of experience in the areas of chapter 7, chapter 11, and chapter 13 bankruptcies. Our bankruptcy caseload ebbs and flows with the economy, so right now most of our work is in family law.

Excellent Attorney

I absolutely, 100%, and with all my heart recommend that you choose Ronald V. Thomas as your attorney. Mr. Thomas got me a fantastic result and totally got rid of a huge spousal maintenance obligation that was killing me. He convinced the judge after a tough trial to reduce my spousal maintenance to... zero. I had tried a couple of years ago to reduce my spousal maintenance but I was unsuccessful that time. My wife even almost had me thrown in jail and she got judgments against me and kept threatening me legally. She had no mercy on me and wanted to kick me when I was down. But Mr. Thomas stepped in and helped me win my case. He told me he would do everything he could to help the judge see the truth and show how greedy and unreasonable my wife was being. I cannot explain the relief I felt when the judge ruled 100% in my favor. It was a brutal trial, and I was cross examined by my wife’s very aggressive attorney. She twisted my words and played games with me and made me feel foolish on the witness stand, but Mr. Thomas reassured me that everything would be OK, and he knew just how to handle her and he did hit back hard. He was calm, tough, and convincing. Mr. Thomas was even tougher than my wife’s attorney, although the difference with him compared to many attorneys is that he knows when to be reasonable and when to be mean and ruthless. Ron was always pleasant, kind, and polite with me behind closed doors but was tough as nails in the courtroom when it mattered. I was a little worried that he might not be tough enough but wow, was I surprised! I’ve heard that other people describe him as a wolf in sheep’s clothing and now I know it’s true – he is calm and kind in his office with his clients but tough and relentless during battle in court. But the most important thing to me was that I felt like he really and truly cared about my case. I can tell when someone is just doing something for the money because they don’t put any passion into it and just go through the motions so they can make their money and move on. They treat you like a number. But this guy is the real deal – he really loves what he does and it shows in the way he took care of me as a client. I felt safe and secure knowing that Ron was speaking on my behalf. Ron also gave me great customer service. He returned my phone calls on time, he kept me up to date on everything that was happening in my case, he prepared me well for trial, and he really put his heart into my case. In my opinion, you would be absolutely foolish if you don’t at least meet this guy and see for yourself what a nice, smart guy he is (but remember although he is polite and easygoing when he talks to you, he’s aggressive with his opponents in the courtroom!).
