I was searching for a business lawyer in the Greater Phoenix area and found Attorney Holm on google. I was searching for an attorney who was able to handle a complex business matter that I was experiencing with my startup business. I liked his website, I thought it was informative but not overdone an...d it had just the right info that I was looking for to gather info about the practice to determine if I wanted to reach out or not. I had set up 6 consults with other attorneys and all 6 seemed overwhelmed or expressed they wouldn't be much help because of how convoluted the circumstances were. I sent an inquiry to Attorney Holm, and he promptly responded with availability for a consultation. We set up a consultation and it was a lengthy meeting. He asked an abundance of questions and really wanted to understand the intricacies of my business as well as get a better idea of the unresolved issue. Attorney Holm was confident he would be able to assist me and so I hired him to represent my business. It's been two years and I am still happy with my decision. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he takes the time to explain everything in terms I understand. He always follows up to ensure I've received the info he was sending, and he makes sure I'm comfortable with the plan moving forward. He was professional but also personable and comfortable, so it was not an awkward or painful experience. I will continue to utilize his services and I would highly recommend him to others.
