Incompetent in Real Estate Matters

Mr. Eckley seems to only want money. He purports to be an expert in Arizona real estate law but does not understand even the basics of the Arizona Landlord Tenant act. He said I had a strong case. However, before hiring him, I consulted with another attorney for a second opinion, and it turns out th...ere was no breach of the law and no legal action could be substantiated. The Act was pretty clear on the point of contention and I am thankful to have found an attorney with expertise in this area who saved me a lot of hassle and fees.
