My situation was very nuanced and contained several complexities. Upon my initial consultation with Craig, he was fully aware of my case history after reading and reviewing copious amounts of documents in preparation for it. I retained him the next day with a little over 2 months before my scheduled 2½ hour evidentiary hearing. I went through a challenging child custody battle a few years ago. It was in my darkest times; being all alone as a single mother, Craig fought for me with everything he had. Craig and Leslie were very helpful in navigating the process of divorce and explaining the steps. Ultimately we dealt with a hostile and aggressive lawyer who tried to take me to the cleaners and strip me of my right to make decisions in regard to my children. This ended up in court after mediation was unsuccessful. The judge was not impressed with the opposing attorney gamesmanship and posturing I got favorable judgement regarding decision making, alimony and child support. The opposing attorney sold herself as the ‘go to’ attorney who can get my ex upward deviation on child support but this also did not happen.

I worked with Craig and the team to navigate a difficult divorce and custody situation involving a high conflict personality. Craig has fingertip command of family law he will share and tremendous depth of experience from which to draw. His continual application of both to my case as he dealt with, in succession, 3 sets of opposing council and a difficult-to-predict.
