In my case this attorney misfiled my case with completely incorrect data from another of his clients. In the ensuing mess that caused he refused to take any responsibility or corrective action necessary to fix the disaster he caused. This led to my loss of the case filing, 5 months of my time and man...y many thousands of dollars wasted. This Attorney should be disbarred for deliberate malpractice.
