I found Raechel after the first attorney I had consulted with from another firm, left without informing me. Raechel was referred through a personal friend, and thank goodness for her and her paralegal. The insurance company, as well as the first firm could not find insurance on the person who had r...ear-ended me, and created tons of medical bills and missed work. After about two weeks of my information being with Raechel, I received a phone call stating the firm had found insurance on the person that had rear-ended me. I was so relieved. The rest of the process was wonderful. Raechel and her paralegal were always quick to respond to any questions I had. When there was news about insurance companies not wanting to cooperate they worked hard to find the result I was looking for. They were thorough in everything they did. They were gracious on the phone as I cried. Never once did I feel like they did not have time for me, as I felt with the firm before I found Raechel. This experience was horrible in the beginning but once I found Raechel, my mind was put at ease. I moved out of state halfway through the process and they were able to work with me regardless of the distance. She is top notch in professionalism, reliability, honesty, and empathy. Raechel and her paralegal are just plain wonderful.
