This attorney is flat out terrible!!! He is very unorganized, unreliable and clearly inexperienced. Don't let his fancy website fool you. His website makes you think he is established and has several office locations. All he does is rents the conference rooms from other businesses to meet with you. T...his is very miss leading because he does not have any one location that he is at witch begins the goose chase all over the valley. It is easy to get in for your initial consultation and he is quick to take your retainer. After he is paid good luck getting in touch with him. His secretary is very nice but runs out of excuses as to why he won't return your calls. And good luck getting a report on your retainer spending. I ended up firing him after he failed to show up at a very important court hearing and tried to charge me a ridiculous amount for preparing for it. His excuse for not showing was that he had another case to attend and was unable to get to my hearing in enough time! Save your self the headache and frustration and do not hire Alex! Do some research first and find yourself a good attorney with plenty of experience.
