Spencer C. Wolfe

Spencer Wolfe is a personal injury attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys who spent nearly five years as a U.S. Army JAG Corps officer before channeling that same dedication into fighting for injured individuals and families. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and California and focuses his practice on auto accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, and premises liability.

During his military service, Spencer advised senior commanders on legal issues, provided legal assistance to service members and their families, oversaw investigations involving personal injury and line-of-duty deaths, and served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Texas. He earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he served as President of the Trial Advocacy Team, was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, and received a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Dispute Resolution Program. He remains affiliated with the Army Reserve and continues his commitment to public service.

Spencer has served as first chair in multiple criminal and civil trials, as both prosecutor and defense counsel, in military and federal courts.
