Jeffrey J. Spamer

Jay Spamer is a personal injury attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys with exceptional litigation depth – hundreds of Arizona trials, arbitrations, and mediations, plus arguments before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, with Federal District and Ninth Circuit admissions.

Jay’s practice focuses on personal injury, insurance law, dog bite, wrongful death, and automobile matters, and he has been recognized in Arizona Attorney Magazine for a highest defense verdict of the year. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Before practicing law, he spent years in hotel and restaurant management in New York City, Montauk, Lake Tahoe, and Scottsdale – experience that honed his ability to read people, manage high-pressure situations, and negotiate effectively. He is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
