Cy Treven Hainey

When I first hired Cy to help me with a wage garnishment and outstanding credit debts, he was very responsive and answered my questions immediately. He stated that he would be able to promptly stop my wage garnishment and set up a payment plan through my creditor with both that debt and my other debt.... Despite my underemployment, I managed to pull together several hundred dollars as a down payment to hire him and have him help me resolve my debt issues - expecting that I would more than make up for his fees with the savings I got from my outstanding debt. However, after a few weeks of regular communication, I stopped hearing from him. At first, I was told he was on vacation. Then, he was simply out of the office. After that, I stopped getting any responses whatsoever. Eventually, I heard back from him when he said he was having a hard time getting a response from my creditors but was still trying. I gave him a few weeks more while my paychecks were still being garnished at the original rate. Eventually, after I pleaded with him to do something, he managed to get my garnishment percentage dropped from 25% to 15% per paycheck. Hoping things were finally progressing, I continued to be patient with him. For the next few months, I once again got no response from him. I tried in vain several times to get any sort of reply, but he was of no help whatsoever. So, I finally decided to contact my creditor directly. I heard back from them less than two hours later and I was able to set up a payment plan on my own. Mr. Hainey told me he would get my garnishment taken care of immediately and save me significant money on my other debts. Not only have I had to pay the entire amount in full, I am also out the several hundred dollars I initially paid to him. I have been extremely disappointed and would not recommend working with Mr. Hainey to anyone.
