Chris Goodnow

This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad ab...out it haha). The moment I spoke to the team and to Chris, I felt comforted. I felt supported and encouraged. The other guy’s insurance company that we were trying to settle with fired and rehired at least 5 different case workers for my case alone. Now the company is going under. Chris. Was. Awesome. They put red tape, hoops and so many other things in front of him and he just led me through it every step of the way. During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS. So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate. I’m very grateful and blessed by Chris and the team because of the way they “held my hand” from start to finish, even through the absolute WORST parts of it. Thank you Chris!!
