I agree with both answers. Tell your lawyer what happened and he should be able to prove that the copy is the same as the original.

You are not entitled to anything if you have been disinherited.
As a beneficiary, can I file-achieve a Motion to Compel Distribution if I disagree with the final agreement to close estate?
