Brian A. Del Vecchio

Brian Del Vecchio is an attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys who has built his career at the intersection of public service and the law, with a focus on administrative law, voting rights, and election law. Brian’s experience is as deep as it is distinctive. He has served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings and the Department of Economic Security, and as Deputy Director of Voter Protection for the Arizona Democratic Party, with additional experience across government, education, politics, and insurance defense. He earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he received the #2 Orator Award at the New York Bar Association National Moot Court Competition, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.
