In 2018 I bought a 2018 Fiat 500x in Arizona and drove it back to where I live in California. The car was later labeled a lemon and I started the process of getting them manufacturer to buy back the vehicle. I was one of Michaels clients when he was with another firm on a prior lemon law claim. When a newly purchased vehicle started having issues I knew exactly who to call. It was an issue that was mis diagnosed multiple times by almost every dealer in the Phoenix metro area. Once an independent diagn...ostic shop disproved the claims that the issue was "normal", the manufacturer was still refusing to properly honor the Arizona lemon law. This is where Michael went to work for me. We had a back and forth with the manufacturer for about a year (the car shortage didn't help either) and finally found a replacement vehicle and signed an agreement for the collateral swap. The dealer that facilitated the transaction was very kind at first but then used the usual unethical business tactics when the manufacturer delayed the payment to them (for unknown reasons). The dealer even twisted my words to try and convince the manufacturer I wanted the original lemon back - prolonging the registration with the state and causing un needed stress for my spouse and I. Michael stepped in and put a stop to them rather quickly, he also informed the manufacturer of the issue and forced their hand to make the dealership stop the borderline harassing phone calls and to accept the cash payment (it appeared the dealer wanted more $ given the shortage of cars). The vehicle I was given had some minor damage to some trim pieces, which the dealer first denied to repair (after acknowledging it on a "we owe") Michael helped with that as well. In the end the deal was completed and I am very grateful for all of his help and would gladly refer anyone with a lemon law claim any of the states he is admitted to. I started having problems at 600 miles. I settled on Amar Law Group after talking to Attorney Michael and three other law firms. I had paid cash for my luxury SUV.
