As an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona, my goal is to provide competent legal services and represent those clients who want straight forward legal advice.
I have been in the private practice of law since October 1979.
My practice encompasses a number of areas of law and includes representing individuals and companies in civil and criminal litigation; advising, drafting and consulting as to contract, corporate and business matters; and addressing family issues as they relate to adoption, guardianship, conservatorship and probate.
My practice includes representing those accused of criminal, criminal traffic and DUI offenses. I also will represent persons with personal injury claims if I think my office can assist in obtaining a fair recovery.
My office does not handle divorce, dissolution, child custody, bankruptcy, workers compensation, security or tax matters. However, if you wish a referral, we may be able to suggest other attorneys who practice in those fields of law.
To schedule a consultation or to contact my office, please call.
My interest in the law has prompted my involvement in a number of community activities. These include an extensive dedication to the pro-life movement. I have been and continue to be quite active both in state and national pro-life activities. The purpose of the law is to protect and defend the individual and to safeguard the rights of all persons. Without the law there cannot be an ordered society which would allow or permit the individual to exercise his or her gifts, talents and obligations. Without respect for the fundamental right to life of each person from the moment of conception until natural death, no other rights can be sustained.
I encourage everyone to explore this very important social crisis which torments this nation and to get involved in protecting those who cannot defend themselves. Be a voice for the voiceless. Support the right to life.
