A founding member of Righi Fitch Law Group, Elizabeth S. Fitch is a renowned attorney who has over 32 years of civil defense experience. She maintains an AV Preeminent Rating® by Martindale-Hubbell® and has defended numerous multi-million-dollar cases, representing all types of professionals, insurance carriers, and insureds in catastrophic injury, construction defect, professional liability, malpractice, and cyber liability matters, to name a few. Beth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University in 1982 and her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University, College of Law in 1985.
