Yes, but you're EAD will not be processed till you're extension is approved.

I do not think you'll be able to get a marriage certificate here if your marriage was actually registered in India. You can however use affidavits...

DACA to green card process usually a little complicated. You definitely should talk to an immigration attorney before you file any paperwork.

She can leave. However, make sure you inform USCIS of her departure and withdraw the pending application.
