I retained the services of Attorney Deborah Brockway whom I consider to be an excellent lawyer. We have used her more than once and each time the results were worth retaining her again. She does request an upfront fee, but she will work with you if you are unable to produce the full amount. In additi...on, she will allow you to make monthly payments until the debt is settled. Ms. Brockway is a busy lawyer, which to me may mean that she is highly sought after. However, she returned phone calls, took time to explain the legal proceedings and what to expect-which were always on point-did not attempt to sugar coat a situation, and gave advice on how to present yourself in court. She expects honesty and trust in order to provide you the best legal defense possible. She seems genuinely concerned about her clients and their well-being and wants to know if they are doing well after a case is over. I have never regretted retaining her and highly suggest doing the same.

There is just something wrong with this attorney. She took about 3k in fees and never did any work for me. Was impossible to reach and never returned my phone calls. The few times she decided to call she was driving and was always in a hurry and was never able to focus on the case. She will ask you ...to pay a fee at the beginning of the case. Please do not do this. She will then proceed to do nothing for you.
