Tyrone Mitchell is a private attorney that has a contract with the courts to be a public defender for individuals that can not afford private legal counsel but all he does for the courts is put all of their clients in prison. This has been going on for years and there are so many other private attorn...eys that does this in Arizona. No wonder why Arizona have one of the top incarceration rates in the United States. Tyrone didn’t cross examine any witnesses, never asked to get my husband case dropped. Or lessen his charges. The DA dropped some charges and Tyrone never asked. i might as well have been appointed a deaf /mute as my litigator...when he does show up its late...has spoken a total of about 15 words to me and trial is days away. he knows nothing about my case and the truth is he doesnt care what happens to you and he wont even try. im firing him at my next court... appearance even if it means representing myself . the state could train monkeys to do this job and get better results than this guy

Tyrone worked on my husband's post conviction relief. Neither me nor my husband could get Tyrone to answer and email or letter. To-date, we have no idea where my husband's PCR lays.
