My practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate transactions, commercial litigation and general corporate law. I have significant experience in representing real estate developers, lending institutions, non-profit organizations, and borrowers in corporate real estate matters including the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail, office, residential and mixed-use developments. I have also assisted litigation clients in the enforcement of real estate leases, enforcement of real estate purchase agreements, enforcement of commercial contract guarantees, lender liability, fraudulent transfer actions, deficiency actions, loan default actions, garnishments, and judgment enforcement proceedings. My legal services are focused on meeting clients’ needs with effective and cost-efficient strategies. I have represented purchasers and sellers in multi-million dollar real estate acquisitions and sales, and prepared commercial leases and commercial association governing documents. In my litigation practice, I have utilized my extensive experience in motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial to obtain several seven-figure judgments and settlements.
