Wonderful and Caring!

From my first call to the resolution of my case and beyond, Mr. Clarke and his office staff have been absolutely wonderful. His office was always professional, courteous, prompt and caring. We were so scared and lost when we initially spoke with Mr. Clarke. My husband and I felt he always had our be...st interest at heart and in the end we were able to find a resolution to our problem thanks to his diligence. I could never express how thankful I am for all Bob, Heidi, and Kristen have done for us. I highly recommend his office.

Excellent BK Services

I felt Bob Clarke and his team were excellent. They were always available to answer questions when we called and even went above and beyond once the BK was dismissed to assist in some follow up issues.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I have known Bob Clarke for many years and have worked with him on numerous cases and have even retained him to work on a personal matter for me. I am happy to give Bob a peer endorsement because I know he is an excellent attorney, first hand. He is detailed and aggressive and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask him to represent me or anyone else close to me with their Personal Injury matter."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Bob Clarke is one of the hardest working and knowledgable lawyers I know in the field of Personal Injury and wrongful death. He understands what it takes to build a case, and he consistently gets results for his clients. His attention to detail is legendary, and he often sees what others miss. If I have a question over an issue, Bob is one of the few lawyers I know I can rely on for an answer. It is my honor to recommend him as a capable and gifted lawyer to the public."

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2004.

Reciprocal - Discipline issued in CA, 2004

updated on 09/03/2015

This means that the attorney's misconduct in another state also violated the rules for practicing law in California.

Robert’s comment:

“This was reciprocal to my Arizona discipline and is based on the same errors I made in Arizona. Reciprocal discipline is routine when licensed in more than one jurisdiction and each jurisdiction can set its own discipline. Consequently, the reciprocating state (California) can impose greater discipline than the state where the errors and misconduct occurred (Arizona).”

Suspension issued in AZ, 2002

updated on 10/24/2012

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Robert’s comment:

“Almost 15 years ago I made some significant judgment/ethical errors. After I fully assessed the errors, I met with the Bar, disclosed the problems and went through the disciplinary process. Ten years ago, I completed the disciplinary process and since then have continued to work hard for my clients ever mindful of my special privilege and responsibility.”
