Tales your money and does nothing
Over a year ago I gave them a large amount of money to be my attorney on record, and now over a year later I have continuously asked for most of it returned because they have done nothing to earn it. But haven't received a penny

Replied last March 18, 2026Ms. Hauber, We did not charge a “large amount of money”—our fee was only a few thousand dollars. Our partner, Colin O’Sullivan, has left you four messages to coordinate a partial refund, but we have not received a response. We do not retain client funds without justification, and we are actively trying to return the unearned portion of your retainer. You previously filed a complaint with the State Bar, and it was dismissed. We respectfully ask that you contact our office so we can finalize your partial refund. With over 800 five-star reviews, our firm is not in the business of taking clients’ money. Our focus is, and always has been, fighting for our clients and achieving the best possible outcomes. Not impressed..
I cant speak for Mr. Suzuki himself, but some of his staff are not qualified. In 2016 I was accused of a horrible thing that had lifelong implications. What I didn't know was some due process was bypassed, statutes assumed and evidence that I didn't know existed was withheld from my defense team. ...

Replied last July 29, 2025To whom this may concern, I do not recall this case, but I am very interested in finding out more information. You did not leave a name so I cannot confirm whether or not the accusations are valid. We have attorneys with a lot of experience and I do not hire attorneys straight out of law school. In fact, most of our attorneys are former prosecutors, judges and defense attorneys before joining our firm.
