Michaela Sarah Waisman

Attorney Michaela S. Waisman graduated in the top 3% of her class from Arizona Summit Law School in December of 2012. During her time in law school, Ms. Waisman had the opportunity to intern for the Arizona Supreme Court twice, first at the Staff Attorneys Office and then at Education Services. She also served as a teaching assistant for contract law and as a research assistant focused on the field data privacy. 

After law school, Ms. Waisman worked as a law clerk for Ingle Elia PLLC and gained experience in the areas of Internet/cyber law, bankruptcy law, contract disputes, intellectual property, and other general tort claims. She then relocated to Colorado where she was admitted to practice law in February of 2015 and currently holds license to practice. 

Prior to law school, Ms. Waisman was employed by for three years working first in technical support and then in management and training. In part because of her background, she is passionate about the intersection of law and technology.

At Ingle Law Firm, Ms. Waisman continues to practice in the areas of Internet/cyber law, contract disputes, intellectual property, and other tort claims.
