Biography
In July 2002, Mark undertook the pro bono representation of victims and families of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks to the Victim’s Compensation Fund. He is currently listed in the 2013 edition of “The Best Lawyers in America,” and the 2013 edition of “Southwest Super Lawyers.” In September 2014, Mark was elected by his peers as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers.
