He earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2020. During law school, Julio developed his advocacy skills through the ASU Law Public Defender and Immigration Clinics, gaining hands-on experience representing clients. He also worked with both private and government criminal defense and immigration law firms, further strengthening his ability to advocate for individuals in complex legal matters.

Prior to law school, Julio graduated from the Arizona State University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He graduated summa cum laude and received the prestigious Moeur Award for academic excellence.
