UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL

I went for a consultation with Mr. Miller regarding my upcoming divorce. His assistant, said to write a check for $350.00 (website says $300.00) or I can not see him. No other attorney, ever asked me for money up front, nor if they could not take the case-- did not charge me for their time. I c...hose Mr. Miller from his "AV" rating. I was looking for an ethical professional interview. Instead, Mr. Miller spoke mostly about himself, his horses, his family- then took a phone call and responded with a text. He never asked details about the case or looked at the paperwork. Mr. Miller mentioned smoking weed - is a good way to relax, and used curse words, throughout the 1/2 hour meeting. He walked me to me car, and told me I look young for my age! I called him from the car, to return/tear up my check, then my bank to stop payment. Mr. Miller within that timeframe, went to CASH the check... not deposit it in a business account. Unacceptable--
