We had just moved into a new neighbourhood and settling down and were constantly bothered by our new next door neighbor. There was always one thing after another and finally she filed a civil case saying our dog was vicious asking the county to put down our 4 year old German Shepherd since he had ...the nerve to go after another neighbor's dog as she was walking by in front of our house. There was no injury or a hair missing on anyone but that did not make any difference. The county came and took away our dog and gave us 15 days to prove otherwise or that our dog would be put down per the plaintiff's case. Yesterday I observed a hearing at which Jacie Cotterell defended a beautiful four year old German Shepard guard dog.
