My rights were violated and my bodycam footage is blurry and doesn't even match what really happened at the stop. I asked him to file certain motions for my case which went In One ear and out the other. Now it's to late to get the chain of command for the officers that were involved in this A.I. body...cam footage. Our last conversation he said that with the amount of hrs he put in on this case his bill would be much higher than $8000. I thought about this and figured what he had do e and the short court appearances. At his rate of $600 pr hr. It wasn't possible to use that much. Iasked him for a breakdown of time spent on my file/case only to be ignored. I still haven't received this. I asked him twice and his paralegal twice.
