Before his time in civil litigation, Ed distinguished himself as a prosecutor in the Drug and Racketeering Section of the Arizona Attorney General's Office. During this time, he successfully prosecuted multi-level drug trafficking organizations, securing convictions in high-profile cases involving conspiracy, illegal enterprise, narcotic sales, and money laundering offenses. His dedication to his work was evident in his meticulous preparation, which included overseeing complex wiretap investigations leading to significant seizures of illegal substances. Ed further honed his trial attorney skills as a Deputy County Attorney in the Mohave County Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases related to narcotics, DUIs, domestic violence, and assaults. His experience conducting felony jury trials and presenting grand jury proceedings underscored his commitment to his work as a trial attorney. Ed is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona. He holds a Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Arizona State University.
