Beware of this attorney DesaRae Tucker, She does not know very much about criminal defense. I would have been better off with a state appointed attorney first off in our first meeting she mocked me another words, not believing me I was not in a state, where I could even speak for myself she took adv...antage of that, she lied to me and scared me to death into taking a plea. I was out of it and wondered myself at times. Is she on my side? I should have trusted that. She bullies people and is very defensive. Just please be aware and do not hire her for any kind of law. Her whole profile is deceptive.

Ms. Tucker was not knowledgeable of the DUI case at hand. She delayed contact because of vacations, advised not to take original plea but did not proceed to obtain anything better. We needed to consult another attorney for advise and had to advise ms Tucker on what to do to proceed. Very disappointed....

You never know when you will need an attorney, but when you do, it is good to have someone like DesaRae. Throughout my case, she kept me informed of the status, was always available to answer questions and went out of her way to make sure I understood what was happening at every stage.
