Biography
Courtney is an attorney in Fennemore Craig's Business Litigation practice group, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, including cases for major oil, gas and alternative fuel refiners and suppliers relating to the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and other state and federal legislation. She also regularly litigates cases concerning the misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and claims against state and local agencies in Nevada and Arizona, among others.
In her free time, Courtney serves as a member of the Fresh Start Auxiliary Board and a member of the Arizona Humane Society's Board of Directors and its Compassion with Fashion Committee.
