At-fault insurance company accepted liability f ... or causing crash but argued client's injuries were not caused by the crash and offered $2,500 to resolve the case. Lawsuit was then filed and client was awarded ~$50,000 at arbitration. Insurance company declined to appeal the arbitration award fearing they would be responsible for even more at trial and paid the award before it was even finalized into a judgment.

Client's car was hit from behind on the 101 during rush hour by another vehicle going approximately 20 mph. Initially, Client thought they had only sustained soft tissue injuries. Client began physical therapy after the initial surgery, but after a few months, had to undergo a second surgery to remove scar tissue. At-fault driver only had AZ state minimum coverage of $15,000 but we uncovered two underinsured policies available to Client as well.
