Alex Harley Bergener

I was convicted of an aggravated dui and possession of drug paraphernalia, from an arrest in 2007. The charges have been set aside and rights reinstated, but I still have problems with professional licensing authorities. Alex has been representing me when I deal with them. With his help, I dispute...d charges listed on a background check that I initally did not pass, and subsequently passed the background check for school. Because he helped me, I am now actively pursuing a lifelong dream in a field I thought I could never work in. I am extremely grateful to Alex, and I will continue to have Alex represent me each and every time I need an attorney. In the past, I tried to represent myself, with poor results.
