Zayed Ali Al-Sayyed

Let me begin by saying that I am lucky to have been in the presence of some very intellectual people in my life. My father, my husband, teachers, professors, lawyers, doctors, judges,etc. but Zayed is by far the smartest person I have ever met. He has an unbelievable  level of intelligence for the la...w along with an ability to think quickly, problem solve, and persevere.        Zayed represented me first on an accident case where I was hit by an underinsured driver. I was badly injured,  my car was totaled,  I was out of work for a number of months, and I had ongoing medical bills. After the wreck happened someone immediately gave me Zayed's number and insisted I call him. He immediately went to work getting me set up with doctors appointments, explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and made me feel like everything was going to be ok. Zayed went after the other driver's insurance, but he only had the state bare minimum.  Not even enough to cover the expense of my car, then only to make matters worse my insurance sent me a check for $750 and said that's all they felt like they should have to pay and considered the matter closed. Zayed said, No. It is not going to stop there, and 1st he went after the other driver checking to see if he had any assets (he had nothing).  His private investigators tracked down the witnesses from the wreck and got their statements of how he was flying 20 miles over the speed limit when he hit me. Zayed obtained every piece of medical records related to my wreck. He was still working on this even when I had written it off.  I basically wrote it off thinking that the other guy had nothing and I was basically screwed. Until, Zayed called me and told me that he had gotten my insurance company to pay out the maximum amount of underinsured motorist coverage I had. He used his knowledge for the law and knew that my insurance company was acting unethical by not paying for my damages and he went after them hard!  By Zayed making the insurance companies pay what they were legally supposed to pay, I was able to pay my medical bills, pay off my car, and have enough money in the bank to retire 20 years early! 

I hired Zayed to handle a civil suit for me with an insurance company that was not trying to take care of punitive damages caused by their client. I had always been a skeptic of lawyers as I haven't had the best experiences with them before Zayed. From the moment he took on my case I could see how... dedicated and thorough he was in pursuit of the insurance company for what was owed to me. I put my trust in his skills and tact negotiating on my behalf and was not disappointed. He was very meticulous and I appreciated his follow-through and constant updates when things happened with my case. We ended up getting the issue resolved and I couldn't be happier with the service Zayed provided. Would definitely recommend not only bc his qualifications and his power to negotiate but he's a man of upstanding principle and that goes a long way in an industry filled with people that make a living on twisting the truth.

Truly amazing, Having Zayed represent me during my accident was truly a blessing. He first sat with me and walk me through the whole process step-by-step giving me all the information I needed and gave me true expectations and a solid timeline.
