BEWARE: If you are looking for a Lawyer, I would suggest do not walk, run away from this one!
2013 was the worst year of my life, My handicapped daughter was diagnosed with two Brain Tumors, and My Husband no longer wanted to be part of her care. I had no money, and went to see Mr. Saper, Oh he seemed OK, finding out he was not. All I got from Mr. Saper's Law office was mounting bills. Mr. Sa...
It is truly disappointing to find a review such as this one. My office was only involved in this case prior to any court orders having been entered. She then elected to proceed with another attorney and all orders entered by the court were during the new attorney's representation. My office had nothing to do with the results that she obtained. The fees charged were exactly that originally discussed and agreed to, and in fact we agreed to represent her based upon a promise to pay later. No fees were charged up front because she was unable to pay at that time. Any interest charged was consistent with the fee agreement agreed to by her, including the lien that she signed to provide for later payment. I am sorry for the problems she experienced with her husband and daughter, but blaming my office doesn't seem appropriate. For over 35 years I have competently and professionally represented people during some of the worst times in their life. I strive to help them through the process, minimizing the stress and the fees incurred. I take pride in competently representing people who are going through a very stressful period, and obtain the best results possible under the circumstances. I'm sorry for her displeasure, but my office had nothing to do with the problems she had experienced, nor are we involved in her final orders.
